Hubert Frog Bird Bath

Hubert was a notorious Dwarf. As Dwarves are entirely unable to tolerate daylight (they have the misfortune of turning quickly into stone with the slightest exposure) their preferred form, which allows them to enjoy the daylight hours, is that of a frog. Hubert loved being a frog, so much so that he rarely, if ever, shifted back into Dwarf form. He lived in a beautiful old conservatory that graced the grounds of an enchanting Chateau in St. Remy, France, owned by the family of the famed Nostradamus. His raucous calls haunted the humans that resided in the chateau for generations. Nostradamus himself suffered such sleep deprivation resulting from Hubert’s ranting that he often experienced delirium. It was this state of mind that produced his endless hallucinations and ultimately prophesies that would forever rock the world. Having affected human experience with such magnitude has forever endeared Hubert to the world of Fairy, which has affectionately immortalized him in this tiny birdbath.
