Yes. We have developed The Fairy's Garden site with every precaution. Our Internet site is built on the Verisign^TM system which is a world class and industry standard program, including SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Which credit cards may I use?

We accept Visa and MasterCard.

How much are the shipping charges?

For USA customers - please refer to the Shopping Cart function, which links to our UPS table. This will provide the shipping charges for your order.

Outside the USA - our Shopping Cart also defines shipping charges for these orders.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Sales tax will only apply to residents of Minnesota.

What if I need to return my order?

If you receive a defective item, you may return it to us by first calling our toll free number 1-877-929-9282, explaining the defect, and enclosing a note with the item. We will replace it or if the item is sold out, credit your charge card. If the product is not defective and you still want to return the product a 20% restocking fee will be charged to your account.

What if the replacement item is not in stock?

We offer limited editions, so if the item is sold out; we will credit your account. For those items that are currently in the collection, we will replace the item as quickly as possible - generally within 2-3 weeks. For items not in the current collection, your charge card will be credited.

What is your policy on Privacy?

We will not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to anyone. We accumulate internal information about our customers in order to serve them more effectively, but we will not share any personal information with anyone, and will in no way compromise your privacy.

How do I track my order?

Click on the "Your Account" button on our main page and you can see what items we have shipped, how they were shipped and their expected arrival date.

May I use any of the artwork, illustrations or garden plans of Gnomenculture's creations?

Unfortunately, no. All of Gnomenculture's designs are original and all of its artwork, illustrations and garden plans are owned and copyrighted by Gnomenculture, Inc. Legally, they can be used only with written permission from Gnomenculture, Inc. Using any Gnomenculture artwork (other than product photos) is considered a violation of United States Copyright Law.
